As soon as we've finished packing your order and mark it as sent, you'll get a notification.
However, when this happens, that does not mean your order is already in transport. It might still be waiting to be picked up by our delivery service.
Furthermore, the status doesn't change as long as the sorting center doesn't scan the parcel(s), which usually happens late in the evening or at night. In that case, your package is already in transport, you just can't see it yet, because it has yet to be sorted/registered by the delivery service.
The best thing to do is to check again the next day. If the status remains unchanged, you can always contact us, and we'll look into it for you.
