We soooooo wish we'd never ever make mistakes, but we're human and that implies that sometimes we do. 

It could happen that, for example, you receive an incorrect colour (e.g. RAL 9001 instead of RAL 9010), or an incorrect size (e.g. 2,5 L instead of 5 L), or just an entirely different product (e.g. Rubbol Primer instead of Rubbol BL Primer). That's not what you wanted... Well, it's not what we want either, so let's solve that!

Let us know what went wrong as soon as you can. Send us an e-mail or call us, and we'll see what we can do to fix it. We'll probably suggest (re)sending you the right product or to give you a refund, depending on what kind of mistake we made, and what you wish as well.
