Why are you asking to review you on Trustpilot?

What is Trustpilot?

Trustpilot is an online review community that connects businesses and consumers through genuine feedback from customers about their buying and service experiences.

[They] want to help businesses collect reviews to engage with their customers, fix problems, and achieve success by improving their services. [They] also want to help consumers learn about businesses so that they can make informed decisions when buying products and services. These things are only possible with customer feedback. [1]

Reviews on Trustpilot are written by consumers from across the globe. Anyone who has had a buying or service experience in the past 12 months can write a review, for free, as long as they have a Trustpilot user account, follow [their] Guidelines for Reviewers, and don’t have a conflict of interest with the business they’re reviewing. Why review us?

With your reviews, we're able to make improvements to our service, solve certain issues, and so on. Moreover, you'll help other online consumers like yourself to determine whether they can trust us when buying their paint. In other words, your review is significantly useful to us, as well as to others. And... in time to you as well, as we read all feedback and take your considerations into account.
