On average, your order will be delivered within two working days. If you place your order before 4:00 pm, we will prepare your order the same day, our delivery service will process it for shipment in the evening or the following day and deliver it to you either the next day or the day after. If you place your order after 4:00 pm, delivery should take up to two to three working days.
If you’re ordering outside of Belgium, delivery may take a little longer, as your package(s) will have to pass through several sorting centres.
Did you pay by bank transfer? Then there might be a delay of a few days, since we can only start shipping your order after we have received your payment, and transfers between banks can take up to several working days.
If you have ordered a product that we have to pick up from our warehouse first, delivery can also take an extra day. Sometimes we don't have an item in stock and we have to order it from our supplier first. In that case, your parcel might also take a little longer to arrive, depending on the availability of the product at the supplier. Fortunately, this does not happen very often!
Please know that we always do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If, exceptionally, we are unable to do so, we will make sure to contact you as soon as possible.
