How to successfully place an order on

  1. Choose from our extensive range of products at or and add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Do not forget to fill in the correct quantity and the right colour code, if you want to have your paint tinted, that is. Can't find an article on our website or do you want additional information about a specific product? Do not hesitate to contact us, we are happy to help you out!

  2. Log into your personal account. Are you a new customer? Welcome then! :) Quickly create your account so you can complete your order or checkout as a guest.

  3. Confirm your order and proceed to the payment page, where you can select the payment method of your choice. When paying by bank transfer, please take into account that banks can take a few days to transfer the sum onto our account. Payments received through Bancontact, iDEAL or Paypal etc. will be processed immediately.

  4. Once we have received your payment, we will pack your order with the greatest care and start the shipping procedure. Delivery within Belgium or the Netherlands usually takes up 2 to 3 working days (after we have received your payment). Delivery times for other countries depend on the country of destination. Parcels to foreign destinations usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days (after we have received your payment).
  5. Most of our orders are shipped with Bpost or PostNL. You will receive an e-mail in which we confirm your order has been shipped, including the tracking number, so that you can follow the status of your package at all times. If you have selected the option to pick up your order in store, you will receive an email containing further pickup details.

  6. Once you have received your order, you can start trying out your purchased products! Have fun painting!
