Did you check your spam folder? Are you sure there weren't any payment issues? Did you see the thank you page? Still don't have an order confirmation? If the answer is "yes" to all of these questions, it usually means something went wrong, e.g. you spelled "@gmial.com" in your e-mail address instead of "@gmail.com". Not to worry, though, because we can fix this for you! Simply get in touch with our customer service :)
Best is to send us an e-mail, because that way we immediately have (100% certain) the correct e-mail address. We can then change your e-mail address in our customer database, and you can rest assured you'll receive all future communication about your order. If you ask us, we'll also confirm whether or not the order went through.
