When you have your order cancelled by us and you already paid for it, of course we'll refund you. You can expect to get your money back within 30 days after the cancellation. If you paid by bank transfer, the money will be transferred back to the bank account it came from. All other refunds go through our payment provider MultiSafePay, to the bank account connected to the payment method you selected.
If you leave the checkout without paying, there won't be any refund, as there wasn't any payment either. In that case, you don't have to take any further action. You might get a couple of payment reminders from us then; you can just ignore them.
