What if I'm not at home when my order is delivered?

Bpost

If your delivery address is in Belgium and you're not at home at the time of delivery, Bpost will try to deliver the order nextdoor, or take it to a pick-up point nearby or the post office, where you can go collect it later with a note they leave in your mailbox. If you have the Bpost app, you could also change your delivery preferences beforehand.

DHL/DPD

If your delivery address is not in Belgium, your parcel(s) transfer(s) to DHL or DPD at the border. When you're not at home, the deliverer will usually leave a note for you. Often, it has a code you can use to indicate what you want to do with the shipment. 

GLS

When we ship a larger order to you with GLS, they will keep you informed about the delivery time. If you know you won't be at home beforehand, you could use this form to give the deliverer permission to drop off your parcel(s) at a safe place.
