It could be that you received an error message because your transaction has expired, because you did not complete the payment on time, or because you were disconnected from internet. It is also possible that you did not accept the terms and conditions before completing your order, which means you will also have landed on a 404 page instead of the payment page.

So, what do I do now?

If you were unable to pay but we still have received your order, you will find the order confirmation in your mailbox, including an invoice with all the necessary payment details, which you can use to complete the payment afterall. Another way to complete your order is to log into your account and go to the subsection 'My orders'. There you will find your unpaid order at the top of the list, with the status 'Waiting for payment'. Right-click on 'View' to open the order and click on 'Pay now'. Simply choose your preferred payment method and complete your order.

Didn't receive a confirmation email? Then your order has unfortunately not gone through at all. In this case,  it is extremely likely that you did not accept the terms and conditions. If this happens, please reselect the products you wish to buy again and make sure that you accept the terms and conditions this time around.

As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be processed. Please note that if you pay by  bank transfer, it may take a few banking days before we receive your payment.
